Throughout the late 80s rapidly expanded and became Limited in 1991 and traded under the new name of Euroace Developments Ltd t/a A.K Warren. It was also at this time that Euroace’s sister company was born; (Plant Hire Ltd).

Due to the continued development of the two companies relocated to Hamilton Road in Portsmouth in 1995 where custom built offices and service area were created in order to cope with the growing companies demand.

The company continued to prosper and in 2003 a 5000sqm industrial unit was purchased in order to cater for the demands of the ever more expanding companies. The building was entirely refurbished and is now complete with: reception area, 8 offices, conference room and extensive work shop area; out door and indoor.
