We as a company take Safety very seriously and over the years our operatives have attended various training courses or seminars, to suit both their needs and the Industries requirements.
Since the introduction of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme we have strengthened our management Team to ensure that we have the correct skills to ensure that the company progresses in line with the latest requirements.
All of our operatives to date are taking NVQs in their specific skills which will lead to them achieving the Industries Accreditation for Civil engineering.
An important requirement for the membership of the Scheme for all applicants is the need for evidence of valid Health and Safety awareness.
Again all our Operatives have passed the Health and Safety touch screen tests at either Skill Operative level or Supervisor level.
Having reached this far it is imperative that we update and ensure that we keep in line with the industries requirements.
